Reservation Policies
Check-in is from 3:00-6:00 PM
Check-out is 11:00 AM
A deposit equal to the reserved cabin’s nightly rate is required at time of reservation.
Cancellations: we understand that situations arise which make cancellations unavoidable. However, last minute cancellations are difficult to fill and we may have already turned business away from our Columbia River Gorge lodging. Your deposit minus a $50 cancellation fee will be cheerfully refunded if your cancellation is made 14 days prior to your stay. If the cancellation is made within 14 days of your stay, no refund will be issued.
No-shows: If you do not arrive on the confirmed reservation date we will deem your reservation as a no-show. No-show fees will apply and be charged to the credit card on file. The No-show fee will be 100% of the deposit and 70% of the remaining reservation balance.
There is a two-night minimum on weekend stays, April – October

Dogs are ONLY welcome in the Northern Territory and Knotty Pine dog-friendly cabins. Guests traveling with their dog must notify us at the time of booking and are required to sign our pet policy upon arrival.
If a guest books a cabin that IS NOT a dog-friendly cabin, we have the right to terminate the reservation if we can not accommodate your dog in the Northern Territory or Knotty Pine cabin. The guest will be charged the full amount of their reservation that had to be terminated.
We are a non-smoking facility and do not allow smoking on the premises
