About The Gorge White House

The Gorge White HouseThe Gorge White House is a family-run establishment that has been operating for over 100 years. This farm is open from April to October with the times varying based on the season. This is naturally marked by the flower fields blooming in April and ending with the first October frost. The farm offers many activities like picking your own blooms, browsing the fruit stand, eating at the food cart, and tasting the wines and ciders. Treat yourself to a glass of fruit cider as you revel in the gorgeous views of the property! Sip your drink as you look out over the expansive orchard with Mount Hood and Mount St. Adams standing majestically in the background.

The Gorge White House Cider and Wine

Indulge in a glass or two of some local wine and hard cider! If you’re not sure what you’d like, The Gorge White House offers tastings for just $1 each. The tastings take place in the farm shop next to the historic White House that has been converted into a tasting room. Choose from their own ciders and house-made wines. There’s also the option to get a taste of the Gorge with the wines they offer from other vineyards. You might even get lucky and go when there’s a free wine tasting event going on! Make sure you try their famous hard cider before you go. They range from tart to sweet, so you are sure to find one you’ll enjoy. Then, you can purchase your favorite to have a glass or two on the private porch of your Carson Ridge Luxury Cabin.
