Chose from a variety of yoga and meditation classes, reiki energy healing, sound healing, reflexology and several types of massage including Thai Yoga massage, swedish, hot stone, and therapeutic.

Yoga promotes relaxation and reduces stress, allowing you to feel a profound sense of calm, peace, and tranquility. It also promotes physical and mental well-being by toning, strengthening, and aligning the body while breathing to quiet, clarify, and discipline the mind. Yoga is defined as “the settling of the mind into stillness to find complete health and well-being.”

Private sessions: Traditionally, yoga is taught one-on-one, allowing the teacher to individualize the student’s practice to meet his specific needs. Private sessions can include either a meditation class, physical class, or both combined together.  Group sessions are available as well.

Cost: Individual / Couple $80.  Includes a consultation to determine the correct sequence/class for you, a 1.5 hour class, finished off with an aromatherapy massage on your choice of  head, hand or foot.  Ahhh, can you say bliss.

 

Your instructor: Latisha Steadman, trained in India and Thailand, has been practicing yoga for 10 years.  When teaching she also weaves in other techniques such as Reiki, Thai Massage, and Sound Healing.  Combined with her background in Biology and Psychology, she brings balance and harmony to her students’ physical, emotional, and spiritual practices.
