Celebrating the seasons, The Goddess Within (a workshop series for women) is offered 4 times a year: Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice, Autumn Equinox, and Winter Solstice. It isn’t necessary to attend all, but for those who do, the content of each workshop builds upon the last to promote continued personal growth and awareness. Treat yourself to a quarterly retreat to renew, rejuvenate, and explore!

Connect with the seasonal energy of the Autumn Equinox to discover your desire, your power, and your purpose here. With guided exercises, meditation, writing sessions, and yoga, you’ll journey through the gateway of Autumn to connect with your heart and renew the core strength within. Explore stories of gods and goddesses traditionally associated with Autumn, and investigate your own stories and ideas about this time of balance and rebirth. This work grows from earth-based spiritual traditions, and is open to anyone who has a desire to learn more about herself and her personal power.

Facilitators
–Rhea Wolf: with 13 years’ facilitation under her belt, Rhea has a BFA in Theater Performance, has studied deep ecology at the Naropa Institute, and has trained extensively with author and workshop leader Joanna Macy. –Latisha Heilman: trained in India and Thailand, Latisha has been teaching Yoga, Reiki, and Thai Massage for 9 years.
